Axiom Architects Complete YSU Center

YOUNGSTOWN – Axiom Architects, a collaborative architecture firm formed by Strollo Architects, Phillips Sekanick Architects and BSHM Architects, completed work on the new indoor tennis center at Youngstown State University.

Work continued on the Girard Performing Arts Center, as well as the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District. For the latter, the pandemic delayed the project and construction is expected to begin in late February or early March.

“With a joint staff of nearly 50 individuals, the firm utilizes the unique skills of each member to build a team of designers best suited for the project,” says architect Bruce Sekanick.

The firm has developed alliances with design firms outside of the area to expand markets it serves. It operates offices here, in Warren and Columbus.
