EAST PALESTINE – Bush Heating has adopted a new logo, website and social media presence, owner Eric Oltmann says. But the business model remains what it has offered for 80 years: “customer service and fair prices.”
Oltmann took ownership of Bush Heating in March 2020. Since Day One, it’s been “nothing short of full steam ahead,” he says.
“COVID-19 brought uneasy feelings on how we would handle business,” Oltmann says. “But with quick adjustments to our safety protocols, we were able to ensure safe interactions not only for our customers but also for our team.”
As area residents spent more time in their homes last year, regular check and service calls increased, as did new equipment installations.
Customers also opted for more efficient equipment to lower utility expenses, including smart thermostats, Oltmann says.
