HERMITAGE, Pa. – Several infrastructure and other projects will come to fruition this year in the city of Hermitage, says Jeremy Coxe, director of planning and development.
A new zoning ordinance that reflects the updated comprehensive plan will be adopted. The city will continue to work with LRC Realty on a town center development at the site of Shenango Valley Mall. And construction is set to begin on a 26,000-square-foot UPMC medical building on North Hermitage Road.
