Ohio Citizen Advocates for Addiction Recovery, or OCAAR, wants to be a source of light and serenity during this time, which is why, starting next Wednesday, we will be hosting a statewide meditation on our Facebook Live. All are welcome to join. 

This meditation will be held weekly with different teachers and different messages. It will typically last about 30 minutes, including instruction.
