PNC Declares $1.15 Dividend on Common Stock

PITTSBURGH – PNC Financial Services Group has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share on its common stock.

The dividend will be payable Feb. 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 17. 

The firm’s board of directors also declared dividends on preferred stock. Series B stockholders as of Feb. 14 will be paid 45 cents per share March 10 and Series O stockholders as of Jan. 17 a semiannual dividend of $3,375 per share on Feb. 1.

Series P stockholders at the close of business Jan. 17 will be paid a quarterly dividend of $1,531.25 per stock on Feb. 1. And Series Q stockholders of Feb. 14 will be paid a quarterly divided of $1,343.75 per share March 1.

The Pittsburgh-based bank will announce its fourth-quarter and full-year earnings Jan. 15.
